I opened my own brokerage, MAE SERKIN REALTY Inc. in 2009. I love my career and enjoy serving my clients. My goal is to find just the right home for my buyers.
I also list many homes and enjoy working hard to optimize my sellers’ position in their properties.
Many of my clients have become personal friends throughout my career.
I am currently residing in Folsom in the American River Canyon area.
In my 30 years selling Real Estate, I consider myself a counselor rather than salesperson, to help my clients through the process of the one of the most important and expensive decisions. I have closed hundreds of Real Estate transactions and seen many cycles of California Real Estate in the last 30 years.
